Consultation and redemption
The £30 consultation fee is paid when booking and credited against a suitable hair treatment if you decide to proceed. It is a consultation fee, not a treatment deposit.
Changes and cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. The full booking terms are confirmed before payment.
