No. It is a £30 consultation fee, paid when booking. If you choose to proceed with a suitable Aura hair treatment, the fee is credited against that treatment.
No. A consultation does not commit you to treatment. Any next step depends on suitability and your own decision.
New hair clients start with a consultation. Direct hair treatment booking is reserved for suitable existing Aura hair clients after a completed consultation or treatment.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. The relevant booking terms are shown before payment.
Appointments are available on Tuesday and Thursday, 09:30–12:45, subject to the live calendar.
