Profhilo vs Seventy Hyal

Profhilo is a hyaluronic acid (HA) skin remodelling treatment that stimulates collagen and elastin production. Unlike dermal fillers, Profhilo doesn't add volume — it improves skin quality, hydration and firmness from within.

It's injected at 5 specific points on each side of the face (the BAP technique) and spreads naturally beneath the skin. Two sessions, four weeks apart, deliver noticeable improvement in skin tone, texture and overall radiance.

Profhilo is particularly popular for the face, neck and hands.

Seventy Hyal 2000 is a newer-generation skin booster that uses high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid to deliver intense hydration and stimulate collagen production.

Like Profhilo, it improves skin quality rather than adding volume. However, Seventy Hyal can be applied more broadly across the face, neck and décolletage, and some clients find it particularly effective for fine lines and crepey skin texture.

Treatment typically involves 2–3 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart.
